سياسة الخصوصية — RUVUR

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق RUVUR بياناتك ويستخدمها ويحميها ومع من يشاركها. RUVUR منصة مقايضة خاصة بين أعضاء مقبولين فقط داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

من نحن

RUVUR ("نحن") هو المتحكم في بياناتك داخل التطبيق. لأي استفسار أو ممارسة لحقوقك، تواصل معنا على: privacy@ruvur.net.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• رقم الجوال: لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق عبر رمز OTP.
• بيانات الملف: الاسم الظاهر، المدينة، نبذة اختيارية، وصورة اختيارية.
• جهات الاتصال (اختياري): نرفع بصمات مشفّرة (hashes) للأرقام فقط لمطابقتها داخل RUVUR ومساعدة قبول الانضمام. لا نرفع الأسماء، ولا نعرض أرقام الهواتف، ولا نشارك جهات اتصالك مع أي مستخدم.
• الموقع (اختياري): لتحديد مدينتك عند إكمال الملف، ولاختيار موقع اللقاء داخل المحادثة. لا نخزّن موقعًا دقيقًا للعروض.
• المحتوى: العروض، الصور، القصص، والرسائل التي تنشئها.
• بيانات التفاعل: ظهور العرض داخل الخلاصة، مدة المشاهدة التقريبية، التمرير السريع، فتح الصور أو ملف البائع، الحفظ والاهتمام والإخفاء والبلاغ وبدء المقايضة أو المشاركة. نسجل سياقًا محدودًا مثل مكان العرض وترتيبه وحجم الخلاصة ونسخة التطبيق وجلسة عشوائية مؤقتة. لا نسجل نصوص الرسائل أو جهات الاتصال أو الموقع الدقيق أو معرّفًا ثابتًا للجهاز ضمن هذه البيانات.
• بيانات تقنية: معرّف جهاز الإشعارات (APNs) لإرسال التنبيهات.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• تشغيل الحساب، العروض، الرسائل، والمقايضات.
• مطابقة المعارف لتسهيل قبول الانضمام داخل الشبكة الموثوقة.
• إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بحسابك ونشاطك.
• تحسين التوصيات وتجربة الفيد.
• الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والامتثال للأنظمة.

الأساس النظامي: تنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها، وموافقتك (للصلاحيات الاختيارية مثل جهات الاتصال والموقع)، ومصالحنا المشروعة في الأمان وتحسين المنتج.

مزوّدو الخدمة والأطراف الثالثة

نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة موثوقين، ونشاركهم الحد الأدنى اللازم فقط:

• Supabase — استضافة قاعدة البيانات والتخزين والمصادقة.
• Twilio — إرسال رموز التحقق (OTP) إلى رقم جوالك.
• Apple (APNs) — إرسال الإشعارات إلى جهازك.

قد تتم معالجة بياناتك أو تخزينها على خوادم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية لدى هؤلاء المزوّدين، ونتّخذ إجراءات معقولة لحمايتها. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

ما لا نفعله

• لا نبيع بياناتك.
• لا نشارك جهات اتصالك.
• لا نعرض رقم هاتفك للمستخدمين الآخرين.
• لا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو شركات أخرى.
• لا نستخدم بيانات التفاعل للإعلانات أو لبناء ملف إعلاني خارج RUVUR.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. عند طلب حذف الحساب من الإعدادات، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية والعروض والرسائل المرتبطة بها خلال 30 يومًا، ما لم يوجب النظام الاحتفاظ ببعضها لمدة أطول. تُحذف بيانات التفاعل الخام الخاصة بالتوصيات بعد 12 شهرًا كحد أقصى، أو مع حذف الحساب أيهما أسبق.

حقوقك

وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، لك الحق في: الوصول إلى بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذف حسابك، والاعتراض على بعض المعالجة، وسحب الموافقة على الصلاحيات الاختيارية، وتقديم شكوى للجهة المختصة. لممارسة أي حق: من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات) أو عبر privacy@ruvur.net.

الأطفال

RUVUR غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 12 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

أمان البيانات

نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك تشفير بصمات الأرقام ونقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS).

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغيير جوهري، نحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" ونعلمك داخل التطبيق عند الاقتضاء.

Privacy Policy — RUVUR

This policy explains how the RUVUR app collects, uses, protects, and shares your data. RUVUR is a private barter network for accepted members only in Saudi Arabia.

Who we are

RUVUR ("we") is the controller of your data in the app. For any question or to exercise your data rights, contact us at: privacy@ruvur.net.

Data we collect

• Phone number: to create your account and verify it via an OTP code.
• Profile data: display name, city, optional bio, and optional photo.
• Contacts (optional): we upload encrypted hashes of numbers only, to match them inside RUVUR and help accept join requests. We do not upload names, do not show phone numbers, and never share your contacts with any user.
• Location (optional): to detect your city during profile completion and to choose a meetup location inside chat. We do not store a precise location for offers.
• Content: the offers, photos, stories, and messages you create.
• Interaction data: feed impressions, approximate viewing time, fast skips, opening images or a seller profile, saves, interest, hides, reports, and starting a swap or share. We also record limited context such as the screen, rank, feed size, app version, and a temporary random session ID. We do not include message text, contacts, precise location, or a persistent device ID in this data.
• Technical data: your push notification (APNs) device token to deliver alerts.

How we use your data

• Run your account, offers, messages, and swaps.
• Match acquaintances to ease join acceptance within the trusted network.
• Send notifications related to your account and activity.
• Improve recommendations and the feed experience.
• Safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Legal bases: performance of the service you requested, your consent (for optional permissions such as contacts and location), and our legitimate interests in safety and product improvement.

Service providers and third parties

We rely on trusted providers and share only the minimum needed:

• Supabase — database hosting, storage, and authentication.
• Twilio — sending verification (OTP) codes to your phone.
• Apple (APNs) — delivering push notifications to your device.

Your data may be processed or stored on servers outside Saudi Arabia by these providers; we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your contacts.
• We don't show your phone number to other users.
• We don't track you across other apps or companies.
• We don't use interaction data for advertising or an advertising profile outside RUVUR.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you request account deletion from Settings, we delete your personal data, offers, and related messages within 30 days, unless the law requires us to retain some data longer. Raw recommendation interaction data is deleted after 12 months at the latest, or when the account is deleted, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete your account, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent for optional permissions, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority. To exercise any right: in the app (Settings) or via privacy@ruvur.net.

Children

RUVUR is not directed to children under the age of 12, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashing of phone numbers and encrypted transport (HTTPS).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For a material change, we update the "Last updated" date and notify you in the app where appropriate.
